They announced that you can grind through previous battle passes if you purchased them before they expired. So if you bought them, go to the nexus page and activate it.
There's two further caveats though that caught many people off guard. Chrono tokens don't carry over to the next season anymore. They did warn about that prior, but what I find even more bizarre is you need to unlock pages again.
That means if you bought the pass, completed half of it, and then came back to it this season, you need to grind through the pages you already unlocked. I don't really know what the logic is behind that is.
Marvel Rivals should just be be made to work like Halo Infinite. Simply put a way better system for both players and making money.
As someone else said, you can buy the pass at any time, even passed its active dates, and make progress by playing. Seems Rivals is only partly doing that and requiring you buy the battlepass to continue making progress on it after the season ends.
Are you talking about Halo's battlepass or Rivals? I was referring to Halo's which I recall the battlepasses being accessible beyond the season regardless of purchase date. Did that change?
