Quickplay is still broken.

Plat and below should never have to play against GrandMasters+ players. It's never fun and ends in ridiculously one sided matches. You should not have to play comp to get a fairish match. This is such a dumb problem.

Yeah lol, QP is so busted it's unreal. If you want somewhat balanced games you have to play the tryhard Comp mode AND NOT THE CHILL MODE, what is this really. I start playing QP to chill and end up closing the game after a couple of matches with this unbalanced mess that is QP. Celestials and GMs against my team of Golds and Silvers, oh I wonder how that game will end.

Fix it, the game is dying and you have players like me that prefer QP than Comp and it is literaally a hellhole for us.

Ye, if you played overwatch, you know about this problem. I faced 2 gm (!) against our team. At the same time, in my team the highest rank is plat, the rest are bronze/silver. Very fun game

I think Quick Match should be for Diamond and below only. Once a player hits GM, they don't get access to QM anymore. (Access to everything else remains unaffected.)

Or just pool the Diamond and below players together and the GMs and above together, problem solved.

So basically you're saying that you're okay stomping on bronze, but no one above should be able to stomp on you? A celestial strategist could very well be a plat or below dps/tank player. Pooling players like that would be pointless and only punishes the higher ranks.

One of the people who run the official discord mentioned that Quickplay is only intended to get people into matches quickly. They're not restricting them by ranked because that's the point of ranked match play, not quickplay. It's only intended to just get people into matches quickly. They also generally get their information directly from the game dev's to answer said questions.

So no, it's working as intended..

You will be playing against Grandmasters in comp even if you're Bronze. You just don't know it.

not true, they often match you based on hidden mmr ... hidden ranks in other games. They dont just put you randomly in a match.

If you add SBMM to UNRANKED gamemodes - the game will become CoD. Where you CAN NOT (literally) win more than 2 games in a row

so Adding bots and people who clearly uncapable of playing even a mobile game is making it any better? I would disagree.
