Do the people asking for "optimization" play on like 25 year old hardware and expect to run UE5 stuff?
Because i never have problems in any game some people call Not "optimized" and i am in the 30 series of Nvidia, not even the 40's or 50's
have a gaming laptop with an core i7 and Nvidia gxt 1660 ti, 16 giga ram and still have some frames drop, and meet the minimum requirements, and playing with all low setting, also i dont have this problems in other games , exemple overwatch2
2080 super
32gb ddr4 3200mhz ram
samsung 970 evo plus m.2 nvme ssd
2k higher settings 165fps
windows 10
since day 1 game has always ran great for me

I would say "Minimum requirement" or "Laptop" is not something to aim for.
You will most likely have issues then.
My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (8-Core)
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX
RAM: 64GB G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO DDR5-6000 CL32
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-E GAMING WIFI
OS: Windows 11 64-bit
I built this system almost 2 years ago. While it was high-end then, it's still well above average today and handles the game without any problems.
