I reached GM
Hey everyone!
This is my first post on Steam, so go easy on me,

After a lot (and I mean a lot) of grinding, learning how to play Loki properly, positioning myself right, and throwing myself into fights over and over, I finally hit Grand Master!

It definitely wasn’t easy honestly, it was more of a mental battle than anything else.
But little by little, I started seeing real progress, and that feeling kept me going.

This is actually my first time really playing a game like this no real FPS or PvP background so hitting GM feels extra special. The next goal? Celestial Rank!!

Still a long way to go, but I’m loving the journey. Losing sucks, but it’s where I’ve learned the most.

Hope your own grind has been going well too and if not, don’t give up.
Let’s keep climbing!
Loki one-trick..

Congrats!

I wish you good fortune in the battles to come.
That means you have to make a tiktok slideshow about your opinions about the support lineup
Congrats! And on Loki to thats impressive. I don't enjoy playing Loki myself, but he is a pretty effective hero when you figure him out.

In my experiences so far I can't get my mentality to get past all the prefabricated match outcomes to care to grind my way out of plat 1. I don't really have people to play with so it makes it even harder to care and try. Prefabbed wins are cool only because its guaranteed RP but its still boring. Feels like a participation trophy.

I wasn’t expecting to get any comments, thank you so much! Season 2 is here let’s see if I can secure my GM rank again with this new system!

Thanks for the idea! I just started on YouTube Shorts (yesterday), and that’s a really great video concept! I’m taking note of it and will start working on a mini script right away.

I completely agree with you, he’s definitely one of the most complex characters in the game, and his survivability in Season 2 has taken a hit with all the nerfs he’s received. For me, those matches and their outcomes were more like mental training, a way to stay focused on what I truly want. But it gets really exhausting when you see teammates putting in zero effort during tough games.

I’ve heard people talk about EOMM, and honestly, it makes a lot of sense when I look at my match history, 3 losses, 2 wins, 1 loss, and so on. It’s often the same win/loss pattern, and sometimes the players on my team are strangely weak.
