I dont agree about the leaving thing though. People leave for good reason. They don't want to waste their time playing some bullsh... game they are going to lose regardless of their effort.
Matchmaking doesn't care about your Performance, all that Matters is your consistent "staying in the Game".
You lose and keep playing. NetEase's wonderful EOMM recognizes this as Commitment and lets you keep losing, because you keep playing.
Take an 8-Hour break after 1-2 Losses. NetEase Algorythm believes that an 8-hour break has diminished your commitment and will give you Wins now to encourage your Commitment again so you keep playing.
