GenX ended around 1980ish. Punisher first appeared in 1974 as a Spidey villain, and the version we're seeing here is clearly 2010s (Frank has, historically, not been depicted as a particularly buff or muscle-bound hero, but bulked up big for MUvP). As a hero, he definitely belongs to GenX.
