Quadro is/was professional series Nvidia card from 2013.
Also not sure will it support the game. "DX 12" is supported "in its GK106-875-A1 variant" yea but nowdays the DX is more like "12.1" or "DX 12 ultimate".
And if you dont have the variant, you're SOL.
Plus the power of Quadro 400k is BELOW GeForce GTX 650 Ti on gaming.

The min asked of this game, 1060, is supposedly 375% more powerful than Quadro K4000... And 1060 has 6gb Vram while Quadro has 3 (which was lot back in 2013 to be fair)
