2.0 patch notes

Its good to know that Netease listens to the top 3% of players and their autitisc echo chamber opinions in their little circle jerk world on what characters need buff or nerfs and stupid sh-t like making Iron Mans hit box smaller and increasing Scarlet Witches attack damage from 60 damage a second to 80 a second.

Majority of the patch notes for characters is senseless crap no one asked for that's just going to lead to more changes towards those very changes down the line. And the buffs and nerfs are things that no one ever asked for or even ever imagined characters needing.

Captain America too strong. Thor is too weak. Artard changes in mass with this patch. And a utter disregard in fixing bad character designs.

This approach to balancing is what made Overwatch an insular community that rarely sees new players.
By this time next year rivals will have a dedicated 20-30k playerbase that are all too-good at the game and joining as a new player will be next to impossible.

We narrowed down the hitbox to Roterstern pistol in needing to have the cross hairs be on the target you are shooting at to actually hit them. No more shooting 3 feet around them to score hits. And for his abilities Troopers Fist, Tainted Voltage, and Bionic Hook attacks to land on a enemy player to gain the benefit of their heath increase effects.

Boom. Wow, Im a genius. Its like I play the game and also listen to the players.

And would any of this by all means ruin Winter Solider? No, iy would just balance him and bring him in line with the cast. Its easy stuff.
