well thats kind of a big order to process imo.
she needs a total overhaul, but let her remain as a main sniper.
the game needs a proper sniper and widows current (underpowered) sniping mechanic FEELS good, it just doesn't have the overall output you want.
And her melee mechanics don't work with a 250hp hero that gets melted instantly anytime you try and use them. She needs her range to be long/medium, not long/melee.

There's 37 characters to choose from. Who you think sucks is not going to be the same as everyone else, and some people are good, or even great, with characters that you think are garbage.
If you have a problem with that, take it up in game with your teammates. There is no reason to make a character specific call-out post

She's not a "melee sniper." She's just a sniper, and happens to have some melee stuff. You play her like a sniper. Shoot people's heads. Two shots, two hits, one of them a headshot, that's a 100-0 kill with maybe a 1.0 second kill time, from any range. That's very good, and that's very doable, every time. You can kill healers or DPS just the same, from anywhere you want. You don't have to dive, you can play safely behind your team, or a flank position if you want. The sky is the limit with Black Widow. The problem is that most people think a Punisher that kill cams you with 3x headshot sound effects is a cheater.

I don't think widow is weak, she's difficult to use. I've played against good widows that make things really frustrating for my team.
Moon knight doesn't seem as effective as before but that's probably more because he's used a lot so players are better at dealing with him.
characters like these usually shine when there are decent tanks getting adequate heals controlling the space for them to let loose.

who thinks that bucky or strange sucks, i'll wait until you find someone.

I climbed to gold with a record of 10-2 with Widow. She's very close to being busted in the hands of someone who can aim.

The team-up with Hawkeye makes her ult do multiple instances of damage, meaning you can singlehandedly delete an ulting Luna/Invis/Mantis with very little counterplay.

She is the best anti-dive in the game. You can kick Panther mid-dash and headshot him to kill him instantly. Spiderman HAS to focus you or you do the same thing to him. You can pull Spidey out of ult WITHOUT HEALS if you react to it fast enough. You can interrupt Psylocke ult if you expect her to dive in and use it immediately.

She duels well against Hela and can stay out of range where Bucky is dominant, forcing healers to hide and give up space.

Her mobility is decent and can be very annoying to deal with.

I would win more games if healers didn't all decide it's not worth it since they've likely never seen a good Widow in their life.

there's always an acception to the rule, widow-hotshot.
storm is the least used character in the game, followed closely in second place of least used characters by widow.

numbers are real.
i'll lord punisher your widow game into the dirt every single, without question, inarguably, 100% of your time playing it, game. you would never be able to beat me once. that's an iron clad guarantee i'd back up with the deed to my land.

and it wouldn't be your fault. widow is in a bad spot and needs a tune up or a remake.

I understand the Widow thing, but... Moon Knight? Really? A good Moon Knight hard carries any match. Either the opposing team has to split up more, or they just all get melted, and that kind of spacial control is insane.
