Best advice I've ever learned about games: Never force yourself to play a game, and always prioritize fun. If you're not having fun, stop playing.

If you lose 2 ranked games in a row, just stop for that day and try next day, play QM or another game.

tried every next day is 2 loses even qp
Try switching time you play at, and sleep on those loses. I've had massive crash out a week ago and went to play deep into the night. Got wholesome teammates who can play and ranked up.
Attitude reset can help too.

I took a break for 10 days because of 8 loss streak. I felt so refreshed lol
I took like 1 week break from playing entirely after massive losing streak, and was able to bounce back after that with refreshed attitude. Most of time, your losses aren't happening due to your team itself, but your own mental state. Your skills also get better with clear, calm mind. Being tired or getting too hot-headed makes you prone to make more mistakes.

Just dont take it serious. Wait a day or two then try again, eventually you rank up.

The vast majority of people cannot just change their available free hours on a whim.

it's QP, its whatever, but as the other guy i quoted said, attitude reset helps. If you feel in a rut take a break and come back in a day or two.

i think im taking a break from this game and only going back to no-lifing it like i did at launch when NetEase eases up on the chinese patented EOMM
That's normal, you will be hit by that pattern until you end up being lucky and climb fast, and then its back down again, then up etcetera.

if you find yourself enjoying the experience of loss streaks, to keep you hungry for the feeling of victory, then keep playing.
The matchmaker feels broken, so I uninstalled.
I refuse to play a game I'm not enjoying, even if the game is actually fire
Play early in the morning when all the kids aren't on and you'll do way better in comp.
You gotta keep playing so you can hit that magical 50/50 Win rate! Just a few more games...
