Characters that need reworks? (Winter Soldier?)

I think Winter Soldier's entire ultimate idea is cool, but it is way, way, way overpowered. I think most people agree with that sentiment. His kit has currently devolved from a mid-close range brawl archetype to a ultimate farm style. The only things he does for the team regularly is completely disposition tanks, characters like Groot and Hulk become unplayable because of his hook uppercut combo. He shouldn't get ultimate recharge on destroying Loki clones, or turning Hulk into banner. He also shouldn't be a hero who generates bonus-health. He could already win fights against Magik, Spiderman, and Punisher simply with good aim. The blue health not only secures victories he should have never had it makes it impossible to fight him as tank sometimes. Since I've climbed out of GM and up it is consistently ban this hero, or play this hero. There is no other options. I hate that so much.

Peni also needs a rework as a tank but that's a topic for another discussion post, cheers.

I think Magneto needs a rework. His Ult is awesome but everything else about him is so boring.

Peni needs a rework. Spider Traps? Pretty boring. Spider Time? Ehhh. Her grapple and primary are cool thou.

Thor could use also a slight rework or at least his ult could use a slight buff. Either by increasing the radius a bit or make him move faster while it charges up. Right now its way to easy to avoid.

Winter Solider:
*Needs to lose his armor abilities, they are too forgiving and let players make mistakes too often while not being punished for it.
*Longer Reload Times
*Ult should only be able to activate twice, and only if Bucky kills the person he tagged, not if anyone kills them.

Spiderman:
*Spiderman simply needs to aim his abilities instead of having them auto lock on and attack in a 360 degree motion. He's a complete "hand holding babies first hero" type of character and he would be better if he took any skill instead of letting the game play for him. You tag someone with web, you do his combo that auto locks to them, you kill them. It's absolutely brain dead gameplay and requires no skill at all. I mean you don't even have to aim.
*Spider man should have armor removed from his ult, makes 0 sense at all other than to keep bad players alive when they time their ult poorly.

Iron Fist:
*The weakest DPS bait in the game, he's terrible and he relies on being an annoying fly that leaches kills of other players instead of being a DPS. His moves need to be completely reworked. He needs solid punches, slower and more accurate attacks. Strong and slow attacks.
*He needs to not "Fly" and stick to people, it's just the dumbest thing. It relies on the player to hopefully kill whoever they are attacking by just mindlessly flying to the nearest person being attacked and praying a punch does more than 10hp to kill them. He's extremely lame. Braindead.

Jeff:
*Jeff is the worst healer in the game. He's made for trolling and not much else.
His ult is super OP, but that's all hes good for. He can only keep himself alive and run away all the time, but not actually help his team.
*Healing beam should be stronger but his range can't be infinite like it is.
*Take Away Self Heals for diving under
*Make the Ult Radius smaller if the time to bite stays the same, otherwise, make the time to bite longer if the radius is going to be huge.

While i agree that armor on his ult should be removed, you´re wrong with everything else. He is NOT babys first hero. Watch some videos from people that know what they are talking about. Spiderman requires tons of advanced techniques and hidden mechanics to be played effective. The really good Spidey players make it look it easy but trust me, its not. I barely manage to slap some asses and be mildly annoying.

The only buff I would give Thor's ult is maybe a 20% slow debuff on enemies inside it so that way smart Thor players could Surge in - Lightning realm to apply the 30% slow- and then hit ult so people are slowed by 50% if both his E and Ult are combo'd together.

...Jeff is not a healer. Jeff is a hybrid dive/healer. This cannot be stressed enough. Jeff's kit is fine for what he is.

Moon knight. A character who is currently very underpowered competitively but is also very very annoying, so he can’t be nerfed at all. A lot of character share is position but he shows it the most in my opinion.

To reply to most of the responses in a singular message. Whoever suggested spider-man is 'low skill' and needs a rework needs to check their brains. He is useless without the venom team up and if you think he is low skill it says a lot about your ability to play this game. He is easily the character in the game with the most tech and mechanics, making him difficult.

Jeff, needs to be reworked to where his self-sustain isn't completely broken. Also his ultimate is horrible and I think he needs a new one. Peni is the worst tank in the game, and when people on my team play her we either roll so hard I could go afk and still win the game, or we are getting spawn camped and some stupid player thinks Peni is gonna get us onto point.
Moon knight is interesting, I honestly think he's not as bad as people say but he is weak. I think he just needs buffs to his ultimate ability and maybe his movement cool downs too.

Bucky is a hero who's design makes him fundamentally better than other heroes now. I mean honestly why ever take in Black Widow, when you can have a Winter Soldier with infinite ammo, a stun ability, bonus health mechanics, displacement, along with arguably the best ultimate in the entire game. It's really no wonder why is so popular now. Nerf him.

As a Celestial 3 Magneto player I can firmly say he is one of the characters in the game that absolutely does NOT need a rework. A boring hero does not need a rework. Hes good
