(I got tilted by a bad loss streak where I mainly saw bad Rocket Teammates, ignore this post) Please Stop Using Rocket, Jeff, or Any Other Healer Without a Support Ult in Ranked:
With Healers nerfed, 1 good Support player can't cut it anymore for the above mentioned characters. Becuase the stratagists who got nerfed, still have cc, and unlike Rocket/Jeff can heal with same primary click as their primary attack.

I don't care how much healing the scoreboard says that you have as the title mentions, when everytime the enemy uses their healing Ults with good supports, we lose the team fight.

Rocket's/Jeff's Ult do nothing to keep the team alive.

But, the main reason they are so bad, comes down to this:
When they aren't contributing damage, they make it harder to defeat enemies;
When they attack enemies, they make harder for the team to survive.

Good healers, like Luna, Invisible Woman, Mantis, Loki, and even Cloak and Dagger with a little extra effort on thier cooldowns, can all attack while healing at the same time.

Rocket and Jeff cannot. Their kits are too devided between full healing or full attacking with primary to be adaptable in most comp games.

So please stop choosing those two healers in particular.

~
Were those two characters buffed in the patch notes? Yeah.

Does that make them good now? No.

Playing Adam Warlock is fine, so long as you can aim better than the enemy team.

Ok Ninja.
No, thanks

I like jeff
You know that Rocket's orbs linger for a while, especially if they are able to bounce back and forth, so a Rocket player is fully capable of damaging and healing at the same time, especially if they have the healing indicator on so they know exactly when they need to fire another healing orb.

Rocket's ult can also be a large contribution in team fights, the damage boost is pretty large, and can mean that you out damage a healing ult.
I'll play whatever I wand and there is literally nothing you can do to stop me. Now give me my jester reacts, you turds.
But I like playing Jeffrey
Jeff’s ult can team wipe or at least take out a few enemies if you have more then 4 braincells

What a bad take lmao.

Sure double healing ult can be great but so can a good Rocket ult or Jeff ult.
Rocket and Jeff can have pretty good damage when used correctly.

Newsflash: Rocket heal spamming does not heal more than throwing out 1-2 orbs at a time. The orbs don't stack. So doing damage inbetween is actually ideal for Rocket players.
For Jeff it's all situation based.

Rocket Ult is great to start teamfights with, Jeff ult can be great for point capture and there is even tech in some maps that will turn the ult in a surprise for the enemy team.

Every hero can work well in ranked, it just matters how they are being played.

...so, yeah, Rocket has a winrate north of 54% (puts him in the top 5 all time, currently best winrate of the season at 54.37%) and is the only hero on S-tier according to Rivals Meta. C.Y.A. + Bucky/Frank teamup = oh wow everything's dead and no one needed to use their ult for it except Rocket.

Jeff has, hands down, the best ult for clearing the payload or objective at the end of the match/overtime. One player can clear up to six of the enemy, making sure in the vast majority of cases that anyone who survives getting consumed is immediately outnumbered by the rest of your team. He's also a surprisingly good diver, and I'm not just being punny there (though I am also being punny here). Swim behind enemy lines, pop up, cause chaos, drop a few heals -- works amazingly well in conjunction with actual divers.

Sorry, you misspelled a word and therefore get no rewards.
True. If your team doesn't have a Luna/Mantis yet... just pick the goddang Luna/Mantis.

Meme around with main healing on Rocket and Jeff... in QM.
get good

You Meta tryhrads relly too much in defensive ults to fix your own mistakes.
If you need defensive ult to survive, then you need learn to avoid taking unnecessary damage. Healing/Shielding ultimates are crutch for bad players.
As noted, Rocket has like the highest winrate in the game. Rocket + Punisher is probably the best team-up in the game now that Hulk + Iron Man got nerfed.

We had this game last night, which was maybe one of the most absurd steamrolls I've ever been part of, and it was all on the back of Rocket + Punisher:
