Encountered a Bug in Queue and Practice Range

My friend and I were in queue for a match while I was in practice range, it started a game for him while it didn't pull me out of the practice range like it would normally do when it found a match.

I got penalized for this because the game recognized it as not joining a game. After that, the queue was still on on and I can't even stop the queue so I had to restart the game instead.
