Marvel Rivals should require ID verification
Such a thing wouldn't have been possible in the past, but today one can frictionlessly register for online banking in 15-30 minutes using a video selfie, and facial recognition software tends to be 99.5%+ accurate, making fraud very difficult.

If bank-style ID verification was utilised for marvel rivals, cheating and smurfing would pretty much disappear because creating alt accounts would become overwhelmingly more difficult. Toxicity would fall to an all time low because the threat of a permaban would actually be the threat of a permaban.

It would also become significantly more difficult for children to get into games they're not supposed to get into, addressing the issues associated with unauthorized skin purchases with their parents money.

Almost all issues associated with multiplayer games would disappear.

I would rather have hackers and toxic ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in my game than trusting my ID/face print to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Chinese company.

You really think they do? Any sources or proof? Anything to back up your claim?
1000% they need to ,the smurfing problem is already out of hand and the games only been out for a couple months... Can only imagine how much worse it will get.
Bait used to be believable.

That kind of thing has been leaked like a dozen times, all they'd have had to do is acquire one of those leaked data sets. Not to mention you can get it often from just a quick background check.

So you're saying just because there's massive data leaks, we should support the inclusion of these privacy invasive features? Those features are the reason why data leaks are as bad as it is
