Stutter is 100% always Client Side.
Frame Drops is Graphics card Decline or Outdated Drivers/Max or Ultra Settings
Lag is also nearly always Client side due to Router problems/Wifi and Internet. Which can effect FPS as well.

The Devs cant come in and fix your PC..thats on you.

PC parts dont last forever, and updates do cause a diffrence, its why its good to re update your hardwear and making sure that your Parts are stable to run the programs.

Stutter, FPS drop, and Lag is always nearly Client side.

Check Graphics Card: Ensure your graphics card is powerful enough for your games and update the drivers from the manufacturer's website.
1
Adjust Graphics Settings: Lower the graphics settings in your games to improve performance.
1
Monitor Background Processes: Use Task Manager to terminate any unnecessary processes that may be consuming resources.
1
Check Internet Connection: If playing online, ensure your internet connection is stable.
1
System Requirements: Make sure your system meets the requirements for the games you are playing.

These steps can help mitigate FPS drops and enhance your gaming experience.

Lag in games refers to the delay between a gamer’s action and the server’s reaction. There are two main types of lag:
Race Communications

Latency lag happens when your network is congested with too much traffic.
Graphics lag (also known as FPS lag) occurs when the computer does not have enough processing power. It causes reduced FPS (frames per second).

Lag can be caused by a variety of factors, including hardware, game settings, and network issues. High latency and slow internet speed can lead to lag in multiplayer games. Thermal throttling can also cause games to stutter and run inconsistently.

Marval Rivials is know to use alot of Ram and VRAM, so a 10 y/o PC will end up seeing some difficulty. Mines around the same age and i will be upgrading the Ram soon, not because of MR, but to improve performance generally.

Its bad, I don't get any stutters or slow loading screens but I can feel it when I play Rank, I can see some people randomly crashing and having to take a five due to stutters or FPS Drops. The loading times are atrocious as well. I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
