We need an easy flier counter

I'm sick of low ranks being screwed over by the flier army that takes very little skill to play but loads of skill to kill. Like, you basically have to be a diamond or GM Hela to counter even a silver Johnny. It feels unfair.

Just put in a guy with a homing missile or something.

Namor instantly melts any flier heroes including spider-man. See a flier, pick namor, gg. The turrets achieve exactly what you're asking for.

Don't forget Luna Snow! I play her and have a field day shooting down any flying hero with her hitscan fire type. Especially when my shift ability is free. Like, they can't do much against it.

Maybe its because people don't know how to play him yet, but human torch almost makes me feel bad when I kill him.

Hard to play, hard to play, extremely hard to play, requires team support you won't get, etc.

It can't be snipers or hitscans. They're too much harder to play than the fliers. You can faceroll on Johnny and still wreck a team but you have to be a really amazing sniper to counter one with Hela.

Namor is terrible against fliers because they have perfect overhead vision of the squids and can kill them instantly, and anyway the squids do tickle damage if you don't trident the target.

You clearly haven't played Namor.
You have to stay on top of putting his squids out and don't put them in the middle of the floor. They last 10 seconds so you have to stay on top of them but they absolutely wreck enemies; especially if you have a Luna on the team so you can always have 2 out at a time.

There's a reason Namors typically have the most KOs on a team.

And I'd remind you again, I've played over 3,000 matches. You're arguing with someone with FAR more experience than you.

Nah, they already have loads of counters. Even if you personally arent good enough at those counters to make em work lol. Hell even as a mostly support player I can swap to Adam Warlock to harass flying characters if I need to.

If you think Hela and Punisher are hard you genuinely belong in Bronze lmao. Stop worrying about flier or even this game, get Aimlab instead. Or just go back to Stardew Valley maybe this genre is not for you

It's going to completely trash the lower ranks just like Pharmercy did in Overwatch.

You can't have a faceroll easy hero that's a very difficult skill check. Makes the game feel extremely unfair.

Fun fact: I just spent the last 3 days wrecking flying characters with Squirrel Girl while I pushed her up to Centurion.
I don't even have to blockade to bring them down half the time and just kill them with a well timed acorn.

Playing Punisher is a miserable experience. I think I get healed in about one out of three games.

Let that be the hurdle players have to learn to deal with to get to higher ranks. Noob stomper characters are not a new or unhealthy thing for a game.

And its not as difficult a skill check as you're making it out to be tbh. Especially if they're playing as brainlessly as you're saying they are.
