If you're still in Silver you definitely don't have the skill.
Mantis is arguably the strongest support in the game. You not realizing that is mostly due to your lack of skill and understanding of the game. The fact that you think Cloak and Dagger is OP is hilarious. C&D is easy to use. She is the equivalent of this game's Moira. But she is not OP and this becomes apparent very quickly once you start fighting more skilled players.
The game doesn't track your damage buff on allies, but you still get assists for when people get kills with it on.
To be good at mantis DPS you gotta be landing headshots constantly, but otherwise you have nothing besides your own damage buff as far as offensive skills, so yea, Invis Women and C&D will outdamage you as they have offensive abilities on top of their regular attacks.
Stop caring about stats though, you can pad stats all day that's not gonna secure your win. Making good plays aren't translated well into stats. Hell, Diver characters in general will never have great stats unless their team sucks, but they'll be making the plays that win the game by killing the enemy healers for example.
