Her heal buff allows for higher mobility teams to enjoy healing support.
She might literally be the best healer in the game for all situations other then clump hallway fighting, which Loki is the best at.
She's strictly better than cloak and OP is a bad player for not noticing.
still mantis as storm was out of cloaks range the whole time?
75 dps vs 125 dps means you only need 60% accuracy to match Cloak's damage. Less when you count Mantis 12% dmg buff. Which btw, 12% per character is a huge damage boost that's all from your existence, and your damage count won't reflect that.
Stop fixating on stats. Higher stats =/= stronger
Dagger is better at healing because she is more consistent due to her auto-aim and her AOE healing cooldowns. Mantis only has singletarget DOT healing on a charge cooldown barring her ult. But higher heal stats is not necessarily better.
Also this largely a you issue. Mantis is better at dealing with flankers than Dagger by a metric mile, but probably not if you're the one playing. You probably also can't hit your shots, so you don't get your cooldown charges back.
