how is she useful? when i played her i basicly accomplished nothing, below average healer and bad dps and lowest HP (get 1 shot easily) and when i had her in my team they (whoever) played her was also completely useless complemnted the team in zero way , but i admit her ultimate ability is somewhat useful .

Take everything you just said and flip it:

-highest strategist hp (275) for some reason
-no cooldown sprint that also lets her jump higher
-accurate left click that can headshot pretty easily and hitscan
-freeze that lasts 2.75 sec to stop divers or interrupt an ult
-the strongest ult in the game of 250 healing per sec for 12 sec (actually 287 per sec because of season 15% healing increase)
-Share the Stage buff also works if you heal that person directly (ex: left click would heal 81 hp total instead of 60 not counting season boost yet)

She is the best support and that scoreboard shows it 15k healing more than anyone else

Black widow is not an A tier hero because of how she is outclassed by everyone else she doesn't really have an escape while both Hela and Hawkeye do she doesnt 1 shot headshot she really isnt very good.

This tier list look like someone who just started the game made it. No offence, it's fine, you will change your mind playing more. A lot of your playtesting was probably vs bots in quickplay so you got the wrong impression.

The game is definitely more well-balanced than I gave it credit for initially, there really aren't any characters that are objectively terrible. I think Luna Snow is too low, but other than that I mostly agree with your list.

well yeah this was my first impression of each hero thats why i said to say your input so i can have a second opinion on things so apparently luna is wrong rated but whats wrong with black widow and wdym she can 1 shot anyone that is 275-300 hp her headshot dmg is 300 dmg so she pretty op for me , and about wolverine and black panther same tier whats wrong is any of them stronger then the other and is black panther stronger or wolverine? both die fairly easy and have very low hp like 250 which is almost insta kill for any decent dps dealer.

no she cant her headshot damage is 240 she does not one shot headshot unless she has a mantis pocket
