Fun game, but the matchmaking is dog water
Netease you need to do something about your servers. It's a bad matchmaking system where you win one, lose one, and I haven't had a single close game. It's either a big win, or a big loss as if I'm up against MLG players. I can be an adaptable player as well I don't always go for dps characters. I mostly don't mind playing tank, so when I make those changes and adapt in game, you have 5 other players that want to be a dps player on your team. No healing. And trying to be the only tank ain't going to cut with no healing. Do something, and the bots added into quick play is a terrible idea. Such a frustrating game, when people are eating crayons on your team.

There's no ELO tracking for quickplay far as I can tell. They don't try to balance the teams at all. Premades can go against solo-queuers. Only thing they do is stack the deck if you win or lose too many games in a row. (You go against all bots with too many loses in a row, who are designed to let you win. if you win too many times in a row solo they'll actually put those terrible bots on your team to try and force you to lose) This is their attempt at keeping everyone at around a 50% win ratio.

No even optional role queue means everyone who wants to play DPS just plays DPS and basically intentionally throws the game. People who were nice enough to play Tanks and Supports are getting tired of being nice.

Ranked isn't even much better honestly, still no premade protection, even up to Plat players don't know how to play the game and too many people still want to play DPS.

Yeah as a Tank and Support flex. I am tired of being nice ESPECIALLY when the autolock DPS is just garbage going 5-14 with less than 5k damage. I don't even think that I am the most amazing DPS, but can easily be positive KD and more damage and final hits.

quickplay is alot better balance then competetive from my experience about 95% of the games in quickplay both teams were good and it was a struggle for the last 5-10% wins and each player seemed to know what to do and did their job but in competetive you either get a team of a bunch of headless chickens running around doing nothing basicly if they pick tank they dont tank if they pick healer they dont heal if they pick dps they dont dps so if competetive had same matchmaking as quickplay it would be alot better.

Last quickplay, I flex, I'm nice. I pick healer.... team instalocks 5 dps. I go okay, surely they'll switch before the round starts.... right? Nope.

I go hell no I'm not solo healing this and swap to DPS. Entire team plays like it's a deathmatch game and ignores capturing the objective. I end the game with the highest damage and KDA as I solo 2 or 3 of the enemy team by myself the entire game. Of course we didn't win. Enemy team wasn't even much better, they also had no Vanguards, but at least they had 2 healers.

Yep that great attitude is what's going to cause everyone to just throw quickmatch games and not care about winning lol.

I mean why not just play against bots if you want to throw and play whatever hero you want?

Even bots are smart enough to not have a terrible team composition though, they might be too hard for you.

Ah, I see. That's a shame, I hope the game can adjust the matchmaking somehow. It's a fun game, but I do see the growing complaints around bots in matches as well to pass those W/L's which I think is a bad system it gives people a false perspective of if they actually did good or not.

I do think it is completely winnable without a tank with just having two solid healers. The format I've had issues with the most was no healer, and being the tank and the dps players. I do think the game really relies on the healers which is no problem. That's the important role to keep everyone alive. especially if the other team is more equipped with a tank and 2 healers, you're absolutely outmatched without a single healer on your team.

Who tryhards in qp? Like, everyone. It's sad and pathetic but it's ALLL quickplay is nowadays. Sweaty tryhards. Either too scared to play comp or failing at comp. Just play comp. qp is for losers.
