Report a translation problem
1. Practice vs AI rounds - I usually play 2 or 3 of these if I'm picking up a character for the
first time
2. The character overviews ingame give you summaries of the character's moves and a
suggested combo you can do for each one.

This page allows you to view stats on all characters and their abilities in the game.
If you have a friend to play with create a team and go into practice range with them. There's an option menu to turn cooldowns off and you can practice anything that way.

Damage, Damage Falloff, Fire Rate, etc.
