I Got False Banned Please Help

TL;DR: I got my account falsely banned, customer support didn't help so I wanted to ask what I should do now?

I tried to log in today and I got a notification saying that a penalty was issued on my account for cheating and the result of that was my login being banned. But I never cheated neither do I know how to, and this report was on the 9th of December, and I hadn't started playing the game until the 19th of December. I started playing Marvel Rivals 10 days after the "violation" that I didn't commit so it is not possible for me to have cheated in the first place. Even if it meant that that's the duration of time I'd be banned for, 100 years??? But also it would be 10 days less than exactly 100 years? The date itself doesn't make any sense.

I went to customer support as the notification said so I could to resolve this issue and that took me to the Marvel Rivals discord server, from there I messaged the "Marvel Rivals Support" in hopes to get this matter quickly resolved. I gave them the information they needed and the response I got was "The system has detected that your account has been penalized due to violations of relevant regulations. Please be informed."

After the follow up messages that I sent I got the response saying "Thank you for contacting us. After numerous careful checks and confirmations, we regret to inform you that we are unable to lift the ban on your account due to detected abnormal data and prohibited behavior. In order to maintain a fair gaming environment, we must impose strict penalties on accounts involved in cheating. Therefore, we cannot fulfill your request to lift the ban.". Now I get that abnormal data can't be shared but I didn't even do any prohibited behavior all I was doing was play the game like a normal person, I barely ever enjoy playing any games but Marvel Rivals happened to be an exception, one that I really enjoyed playing.

What do I do? Has this happened to anyone else? I did not cheat neither do I know how to, but still got banned for no particular reason. I worked quite hard on my profile earning units and completing the battle pass for free and my account won't even be unbanned? This is extremely unfair.

The matter of the fact is: i wasnt even playing ranked in marvel rivals, all i did was playing quickgames with a few friends of mine, i have a hard time believing anyone would risk the account playing for something that isnt ranked. (i only have 7 hours on it, and played like, 3 or 4 heroes)

The reason i said the things above is cause some people in this thread were suspicious of people with low level accounts, no friends and not many games bought.

I do agree with you that theres probably not a lot of people being falsely banned, and if there was, they would address it, but it doesnt change the fact that in this case, it was a false ban for sure.

PS: I didnt use the "pro card" just to say i was a pro, i did it just so people would know that i have a background in FPS games, and even though i wasnt in a top tier team, i did play in a high level against the top teams from my country back then.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to do your own research on me.

All good, I give you the benefit of the doubt because you're not a brand new account and you have some credibility in your background, sucks that support didn't look into your case. If this is indeed a false positive I hope it happens more frequently so that they are actually forced to look into it. But I think most other games would hold the same stance.

^ Linux OS was triggering false positives, and the devs had to issue an apology and unban people.

I'm not saying the OP is one such user, I'm just saying that yes false positives did happen and it caused a ban-wave against nearly everyone using Linux

The same thing happened to me just a few days ago I got a bunch of other games that are odd for fun, mostly single player a few online,e but it doesn't break tos like Minecraft n Shi, and I got the Aizen ban sentence been tryna figure out why cause I genuinely don't get it like I tried asking the bot for help to see if I can get my account and games reviewed because ik I'm ass so ik the gameplay would prove it but iii also wanna know what triggered the ban because I also edit and code and have mad ♥♥♥♥ open at once
I also don't get why everyone is just jumping straight to "anti-cheat perfect, you can cause you to cheat" as if accidents don't happen. Before someone says something dumb like,e "Oh priv ACC, you definitely cheat, well,l all we have to go off of is your word; the anti-cheat only detects cheats, nothing else, so you're a blatant cheat,r" stop and use your brain for like 5 seconds no duh all you've got is my word this is a disgust lock in fr. Yes, ik the anti-cheat detects third-party software, but as a guy who has to multitask and wants to enjoy games, I'm bound to leave something open on accident relax and only say something if you're gonna help.

They say they gonna report you for throwing when you juat suck/have a bad game and I think some of them are taking it a bit too far being toxic azzholes

you have to get lucky and talk to a dev who's chill and don't mind actually explaining it I got lucky but Ik now what caused my ban I had a bunch of third party ♥♥♥♥ open for school and editing and different computer systems and one of them is flagged by the anti cheat
