But the abuse towards healers especially has been so much higher than I've experienced in a long time.
A few days ago someone was calling me a whole bunch worse than what you posted because the other healer and I wouldn't play his team up - the other healer tried and it didn't work well for what was happening, so then he started screaming at me. Reported him and...nothing.
Today, a dps who was constantly out of los, terrible positioning and just bad at the game, told me to hang myself.
go form your own team if you can't handle being put in with randoms.
it's a freakin game, some team has to lose every match, that's how it's designed
i am close to done playing this game.
I report and nothing happens.
Funnily enough, I've gotten responses for offensive names and throwers - but only once for abusive language and that involved 2 people hurling seriously nasty stuff they'd do to the others mother.
I don't think anything aimed at me has been actioned.
Just a couple of days ago, I was focusing the backline of the other team with IronFist and a player said to me ''hang yourself'' so I answer him ''give me a footstool and a rope'' he got trigger just after I reply, easy counter from my part. That's just one exemple of toxicity that I had to encounter.
Marvel Rivals is a gold mine so far, the toxicity is just so funny and it just the start.
The best of all is when they chat to the other team to justify themselves, that's just so cute when someone does this.
Just got this today as healer, I'll have to remember for next time since I'm sure there'll be a next time, and I'm not great with that kind of response.
What's your response to being called "trash" if you don't mind?
The response for being called ''trash'' are limitless.
What's wild and weird is that you think that was a wild and weird take. That was a 1/10, an extremely tame take.
We all know the top 1% is where the pros and top tournament players are. It's where the money is at. If you aren't good enough to be in the 1% for ranked then it doesn't really matter what your rank is because you aren't going to be winning any of the money.
But at the end of the day, do whatever you want to do idc.
That's thee only way to keep random players accountable for their deeds
Also if you work around 8 to 12+ hours almost every day of the week and do some overtime here and there during the weekend and that someone would have less time compared to the so called ''pros'' or ''streamers'' who are probably playing a good amount of time pretty much every day, that same person would certainly not be able to be in the highest ranks like the top 500... So for you to just assume that everyone is ''trash'' in a competitive game in your 1st post wouldn't really make sense at all from my point of view.
At the moment I've reach gold 3 mostly has a solo queue player and I'm pretty sure that I could climb to platinum/ diamond maybe next season who knows It doesn't really matter to me cause I've unlock the seasonal skin but I feel like to reach platinum/ diamond doesn't seems to be that hard cause the game just came out a month ago and I never had the experience to play a hero shooter game so it's new to me and probably to many other players too. I'll never be a pro for sure cause that isn't my goal, I'm just here to have fun and play competitive cause it's more challenging during my free time just like I've played other competitive games but what I do know is that I can remember that I was top 5 in the world on the leaderboard back in the days in a fighting game called ''Naruto The Broken Bond'' and in the top 40 in ''Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4'' so at that time, playing against players who were the same rank has I was, was pretty much nothing more then child's play to me. So for you to just say that were all ''trash'' cause we ain't ''pros'' is kinda saucy when you think about the facts that pros and streamers are dedicated to put has much time in playing video games compared to me or other gamers who has to put that time on working for a living. Overall I'm not impress by the streaming community of gamers and the pros but that's just my opinion.
wait so you the guy that locks in DPS and ignores all comments just does what he wants?
My original comment wasn't that deep. I was just shting on a guy who was calling another person trash.
Also I think you proved my point in your comment. It doesn't matter if streamers and the pros are able to dedicate more time because at the end of the day they are still better than us. I don't even care if people are trash or not. The only person who can decide and make you believe you are trash is yourself. If you don't think you are trash than you are not trash.
