2nd Monitor becomes very laggy while playing game

I've noticed my 2nd monitor becomes very laggy when trying to use it while the game is running. It becomes close to like 10fps and makes watching Youtube impossible. I'm only experiencing this issue with this game in particular and it doesn't matter if its in fullscreen or fullscreen windowed. I also have 100+ fps so I don't believe its a performance issue on the games end.
Anyone know a fix?

The game itself is struggling to maintain a decent framerate. I do not recommend running much else and especially not a ram hungy browser while the game is running.

I don't think its an issue with the game struggling to maintain a decent framerate. I can play on high settings while maintaining 100+ fps

Turn off hardware acceleration on your browser.

The game gets priority on the resources the browser doesn't get the same level of priority so everytime the game asks for a resources it cuts off the youtube.
