Cloack and Dagger rigt click in Cloack form

When I use Cloack's right click, which turns me and my allies into the ghost, it sometimes seems to not work. I click and even if the people are in the circle (therefore in my range) they are not transformed and I cannot save them.

If they even shoot once they're uncloaked.

When the match starts say in voice chat, "when I say CLOAKING, don't shoot! Because it will uncloak you"

They lose the cloak when they use abilities or attack and since they probably hold left mouse button 24/7 it will be gone instantly.
