Scarlet Witch Rework!

Currently Wanda in-game is a noob-stomper that really struggles to pull their weight from Gold rank onwards, doesn't do well against people with good positioning and above-average aim.

So i'm proposing a rework!
Nobody likes reading long paragraphs so i'll try to be vague and get to the points, these are just ideas, values and % can be changed. (i'm not the Dev here)

Chthonian Burst (Current RMB attack/Orbs)
* Change to LMB, Buff damage by 10%. Turn it into ammo with capacity of 7. On-target hits (body shot) replenishes 1 ammo and increases AoE radius by 15%
(up to 205% of base size)
+ Upon reloading the AoE resets to base radius.

Chaos Control (Current LMB attack/Suck)
* Change to RMB and make it an active ability with a cooldown of 16 seconds.. After attaching the thread on target for 3-5 seconds uninterrupted, that target becomes corrupted.
(Each second amounts to the duration of the corruption effect of 3-5 seconds)
Corrupted target can not be healed for the duration (Or some other debuff)
If target dies before the 5 seconds ends, the ability cooldown is halved.

Mystic Projection (Current LShift/Phasing)
* Increase the travelsal speed of the ability by 50% and duration increase of 1 second.
+ Add a small cooldown between uses even if the 2nd projection is available (1.5 second) so that she can be punished inbetween uses.

Dark Seal (Current E/Stun)
* Make the AoE larger by 50%. + Now disables enemy's mobility abilities while inside the sphere, no longer stuns.

Telekinesis (Current Spacebar/Gliding)
* When pressed, let her maintain flight (like Iron man or Storm) for 5 seconds before falling slowly.

Reality Erasure (Current Q ultimate)
Give her 150 extra Armor for the ability duration. + Increase speed of flight by 20%

So, any thoughts of how this can be altered? She definitely needs a change but is this the right approach?

That character doesn't even have enough damage to stomp noobs.

Cloak does more damage than wandas entire kit.

I guess i see that, with my proposed rework she'd actually be useful at subduing tanks and dealing with multiple targets in close proximity to eachother.
Something more Wanda-like atleast from the movies

except she is more based off of the comics not the movies.

If i remember correctly, in the comics she's not the weakest character.
You can't alter reality if you're a D Tier character like she is here
