Banned for no reason

I got banned for really no reason. It says it for cheating but I haven't used any cheats to any game and certainly I didn't use any for this one. It was my alt account to play with friends and it got banned because I was too good? Also I contacted the support and I just go a copy&paste reply that they don't act blindly and their system is infallible. This is really pathetic. Mobile games company trying to make a competitive game.

Also for every crying kid that thinks I am cheating. I have 3 other smurfs that weren't banned :)

Anyone with an alt account is usually doing sus things, thus you got banned for either using the alt account or a cheat. Read TOS and don't cheat.

I'm not cheating and there is no reason such as "smurfing" in the report window for cheating.

I am in the same boat as you the copy and paste replies are a srs joke I gave up on them after someone told me its china creating the game and support cause i wont lie they dont have brains to think for themselves and they are too scared to be out of line especially with the amount of coverage ccp has.

alt acc isnt bannable and when they say u get banned for cheats it could be anything from having something in the files they cant identify or just something opened i got banned for either having roblox my antimalware or bluestacks open i wouldnt know which since they wont say anything. Also when contacting them I legit asked can I just make a new acc and they said you wont be banned for playing on another account. So ban evading is fine which is why the game is gonna go downhill fast

So yeah, not everyone is a cheater. Sometimes things just slip through the cracks.

Well, obviously the system isn't perfect, but they didn't unban me even after this for some reason.
