No chats at all

Maybe it me but I find this game enjoyable with all forms of chat off no matter QP OR COMP just use the ping system. Anyone else play this way

Ping only lets you call out/ask for 1 thing at a time.
It also lacks the nuance of things like "3 on the left and 2 trying to backdoor"
Terrible way to play.
You will not get far in Competitive without communicating with your team better

Thats first thing i do whenever i start playing a competitive game. Disable every single chat.

Generally players who got useful things to say in games like this don't exist.

You have 2 eyes and a brain. You know where your tank is going and where your healers are going. If they are playing randomly chatting wont fix it anyways. There is 0 reason to communicate.

yea the limitations are obvious but with this community its not a bad option to many angry toxic players not worth the hassle these people that are commenting why it works for them are here to enjoy a video game not to pile up more stress hearing angry players shot calling at them.

So 2 things:
1.) you can mute people from Report screen in the 'pause'menu or press P on the keyboard to go straight to that screen

2.) I reported a dude early for trying to be abusive in voice chat and his friend said he got sent to the Main Menu during that same match.

So just mute and report as needed, no need to limit your growth in Competitive. Plus, every time you report a toxic ♥♥♥♥♥♥, you do your part in making the community a better place
