Sorry, your arguments are not based in logical thought so I will not be replying to your further.
For starters, the entire premise is that everyone only plays 1 role, when in fact most players flex.
Your entire hypothesis is based off of a incorrect assumption.
Was this jester bait? Or is this your first Hero Shooter?
Because all Hero Shooters end up with a majority of flexible players that can play more than 1 role; you can only climb Ranked so high if you don't learn to adapt. (unless you get carried by a premade or get outrageously lucky that is)
It has 20 million registered users across 5 platforms. I donno about 3 months...

Yes, a game that had launched just a year ago with over 250k players on launch down to 10k players is pretty bad.
