HELP! please if you know how

I have encountered a glitch where shortly after loading into an online game, it freezes up and starts making an awful buzzing sound. I can't exit the tab or alt+f4. After about 20 seconds it stops and restarts my PC. I get no error code or crash report.

The funny thing is this glitch started on Rainbow Six Siege a few months ago, and after talking with Ubisoft support, I resolved it with an scf /scannow in the command prompt. Now it is happening on Marvel Rivals and not on Siege, but scf scans aren't helping.

I have been able to play the tutorial fully with no problems but as soon as I load into an online quick match it happens.
