Yes but it also depends on rank you play. Wolverine being a tank buster doesn't mean he solos tanks. He pulls them into your group and your group needs to kill them quick as a team. Lower ranks where coordination is poor you will not get as much value out of Wolverine tank busting the way you will at higher ranks. At higher ranks Wolvie makes tanks cry.
