Shader Loading Takes 3 Years
When I launch the game it takes a solid 5-10 minuets to load into the game. Once i'm in it runs smooth no problems. But while the game is loading up it says Shaders Loading and im stuck at 1-3 fps for the whole time but then once im in the game it runs at 144 the whole time with no problems. I have good specs and this is the only game that doesnt load within seconds. I have all my games on an NVMe so its not the drive that its on.

Anyone got a fix?

What are your specs, and is the game on HDD or SSD?

mine only takes a few seconds each time to load in shaders but I also have top of the line hardware. This game is just poorly optimized in general. Even with graphics turned down some I barely get over 120fps in 1440p with a 4090. Hopefully they optimize it soon. Having NVME ssd wont make a huge difference when it comes to preloading in shaders it is mostly going to be gpu intensive with some stress on the cpu as well. Where NVME will make a difference is launching the game initially and the loading screens after it launches.

It could be your cpu and gpu just being a bit older. But I have a feeling optimization may have a bigger hand in this, since it's known around the community this game has optimization issues. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling to see if that works? Unreal Engine 5 is pretty demanding.
