The battlepass has been 100% complete for days and there is literally no reason to do the dailies.
If we could hoard chronotokens there would be a REASON TO GRIND THEM.
In the vast majority of live service games you dont keep seasonal xp from battlepass to battlepass.
There is no good reason for it besides greed, the game doesn't need extra engagement, this genre is gamer-crack. It does suck, basically, but yes it could be worse. I am sad they didn't just copy helldiver's battlepass system, which is objectively the most respectful to the customer system in gaming currently in regards to a battlepass.
Then don't do them? Are people these days really so brainrotted that their first thought is "I need to finish this battlepass as quickly as possible" instead of just, you know, playing and enjoying the game? I some comments here read as if those people think the battle pass is the core gameplay element. You might not like to hear this but: No, it is not. The game is the core gameplay element. Weird but it's the truth.
It also has no disadvantage so why complain? Do you hate playing the game and just want to have cosmetics to have them?
What greed? You don't need to pay a single cent to play the game and do the dailies/weeklies. The only thing you need to pay for is the premium BP but you would have to pay for that even if the tokens were kept over so you don't pay more in either cases.
How does Helldivers do it?
