Its above the min specs and yeah I know it is getting on a bit... but with the engine.ini mod I was going 180+fps and people with it who getting 180fps now were getting 300fps.... with decent spec computers. This is 100% a game problem, too many people are affected for it to be an issue with the setup.
If you go on Nexus mods there is an fps mod and you can join the discord of the guy who made it and he is releasing workarounds. Now obviously virus check stuff, install at own risk and obviously they 'possibly' could ban your account for using it...... however I just don't care. The guy making them obviously wants to help and in the new year I will be chucking a few quid his way for doing something Netease should have done already!
