FPS MODS - From Bronze 3 to Gold 3

Well I was quite happily using the fps mods and had climbed to about Silver 2 and then they stopped allowing the engine.ini

I then proceeded to go on about a 12 loss streak, absolute crap performance and the game felt rough!!

The guy making the mods has got around making a new settings file which has increased my usable frames to about 140fps and I then proceeded to enjoy playing.

Didn’t think I’d get to Gold rank but I’m now on my way to Gold 2 and feel like with the performance increase I’ll maybe even get to Plat.

I’d rather play the game with absolute potato quality and get a decent performance.

My setup is i7,6700k 4ghz, 16gb ram and 1080ti (asus strix).

Hopefully they address it, the performance settings for the game are actual crap

what is this fps mods ? still avaible ? i have the same issue, good pc but game be freezing/laging for nothing

Its above the min specs and yeah I know it is getting on a bit... but with the engine.ini mod I was going 180+fps and people with it who getting 180fps now were getting 300fps.... with decent spec computers. This is 100% a game problem, too many people are affected for it to be an issue with the setup.

If you go on Nexus mods there is an fps mod and you can join the discord of the guy who made it and he is releasing workarounds. Now obviously virus check stuff, install at own risk and obviously they 'possibly' could ban your account for using it...... however I just don't care. The guy making them obviously wants to help and in the new year I will be chucking a few quid his way for doing something Netease should have done already!
