Honestly, there should be two ranked groups, one for PUG players and one for Players on a Premade Team.

You can be a great player but if you get paired with 5 mid to bad players, you're never leaving silver without a lot of luck or time.

I reached gold in just three days. If you play solo, you'll encounter bad players in some matches, but it's pretty easy to rank back up even if you lose a match or two. This is perhaps the easiest game to rank up in competitive when playing solo.
