Are your drivers updated?
Check out your windows event viewer and see if there are any errors being reported there. Could even be an issue with newer versions of windows, windows 11 can have its own issues depending on how up to date it is.

Download Speccy to check your GPU/CPU heat if you have no problems with heat then its ur rams
If not, it's could be RAM. What configuration you have? 4 sticks of 8GB or 2 sticks of 16gb? Sometimes systems can struggle with 4 sticks of ram one one of them is dying\faulty. You can test it by removing one set of RAM sticks and try playing with half the amount.
But there is also a small possibility it's being power issue, either due to overclocking or some other issues. When PC components run out of voltage for just a brief moment, they can go bonkers and crash.
