What happened to the settings in menu to change the refresh rate? I cannot change it now and it stuck at like 60hz or whatever. Anyone else?

60fps is the limit of the main menu, if you are seeing that limit ingame than you probably have Vsync on

No, my v-sync is off. I remember when I first played this game, I could change refresh rate to whatever I wanted, now I cannot even see the refresh rate in the display menu settings.
