Healer champs tier list by an average player

I'm average player who recently rechead plat rank.
S tier - Luna Snow. Buffs Namor, who's best DPS on low ranks. Has ulti that makes her team unkillable, CC and also huge amount of healing
A tier - Loki great situational ulti. A lot of escapes. Great healing, great aura, also great damage.
B tier - Mantis has a little healing, a little damage buff, weird CC. Adam - Well you know everything about him. Jeff - sometimes his ulti can turn games around, but mostly it doesn't work, but at least he has great amount of healing
C tier - Rocket, he can do everything but not healing, he's good as a second healer
D tier - Dagger. That's just bad and useless, don't play it

My list:
S tier
Luna and Mantis. Both can do dmg and heal well. Both have clutch ulties that can save team in team fights and many offensive enemys ulties. Also Luna has stun freeze and Mantis has sleep which can do some important disables to enemy player.

A tier
Loki, have huge potential to carry team if you know how to play it, most can't play him well. Especially with Luna in your team you can do double Luna ultimate in a row and basically make your team unkillable for 24 sec if needed, which is huge.

D&C, great healing potential, can make enemies take 20% more dmg, Have Cloak ability that can make some clutch saves from ultimate like Jeff which prevent you and your allies to get swallowed. Has decent ultimate that basically gives same healing as Lunas ult does, but its only stationary on area and same time dmg enemies that on area too.

B tier
Rocket, it's not a bad hero but S tier and A tier character in most games bring more value your team. I have seen few great Rocket player who are really hard to get killed and they can make 40-50k healing. Beacon is great imo, because you can bring back team mate every 40 second, which can be crucial to any fight. Team up with Punisher and Winter Soldier gives them nice dmg boost. Struggle in dealing dmg a bit.

Adam, his ultimate can do some really nice come backs in team fights. Have quite nice burst healing and the team bonding ability can make clutch saves in team fights. Struggles a bit makeing healing constantly cause he lacks soft healing ability and it's not very mobile hero so positioning with him is crucial for survivability. One of strongest team-ups with Mantis and Starlord because he gives them extra life, just like himself.

C tier
Jeff
Yes everyone knows his ultimate that has great pontential for team wipe single handedly, which can be clutch for winning the game. Neverthless, he can make some solid healing, but overall fell below everyone else in almost every aspect. Has 2nd lowest winrate of all characters in the game. Only Black widow has lower winrate than Jeff has.

Perfect tier list imo. I might switch C+D and Loki but thats prolly just bias and personal experience on my part since you tend to see way more effective C+Ds than Lokis. He seems like a character with a lot more potential than I've seen.

Dagger has auto aim homing AoE heal/damage how could you possibly think that's the worst for the AVERAGE player? I was literally just thinking last night that they made her attacks so auto aim and homing for noobs to be able to participate.
Worst is going to be loki/jeff. There are good ones of both but they often suck

If you're talking about AVERAGE players.
Dagger can outheal other healers for single target, cloak helps her not die. Her ult can even make you immune to stuns to avoid op ults.
Loki has to be the worst support for an AVERAGE player dude.
And I do get super annoyed with Mantis players that never buff damage or use their sleep.
Then I see about 40% of jeffs not spit their team out or spit flying enemies out instead of jumping off with them.

Loki is bad if player is bad. But if one can play it, then it's really good. He can carry team and make nice healings. He ultimate is stonrg cause he can copy any other heroes ult and make it use for your team. One of best one is to have Luna in your team and copy her ult to double it, which make 24 sec unkillable team on total, that is just insane. Also doubling up Psylok ult or Strange ult is quite brutal too. On higher ranks Loki is performing when he is on good hands.

the craziest part about this is that, there should be A+ in the ranks because Loki should be A+ and Luna should be A+ but cloak and dagger/mantis are just too strong of a combo and do their roles the best out of all the healers which would make em S. Mantis being a supporting HoT's master and Cloak being a burst god.

All the people saying cloaks ult is bad are completely wrong. You legitimately cannot die with that ult unless you get headshot full power from a hawkeye. Luna can get one shot out of her ult as well so its not a HUGE difference unless you are in low ranks.

but as i write this, i totally ignored the average player part. i HAVE to agree with your tierlist for the AVERAGE player. you are right, for most players the list you have is perfect.

People need to stop playing Mantis as a dedicated healer she's not that's why you think she's weak. Spam F and go do some damage u will drop the same DPS as a duelist if u can aim. Take off-angles and flanks you are fast af and have a get out of jail free card. Click her heal on a low health guy if u see one and forget about it and go back to damaging, double tap doesn't do make it stronger. You have way more value as a carry go solo-kill their Hawkeye and Hela

Cloak and Dagger are insanely good in the right hands, counter alot of heroes, can deal with the majority of dives, rlly good burst heals and a good ult when the team actually stands in it.

Yea, it's not a bad list for an average player perspective I suppose.

I do think C&D is still too low. She's got a pretty low skill floor to be effective in lower levels of play. Even if you're absolute trash on how and when to use cloak, you can be a very consistent healer with just dagger.

Yeah, I know this is just wrong cloak and dagger is an amazing healer and even though that some healers can do some stuff she can do better. She is in general Amazing she can plop down her healing to heal herself, and she has great healing on others If she needs to get out of tight situation, she has to get out of jail along with someone who can do tons of damage and blind people Loki in a tier is insane. You clearly do not know what you’re talking about.

Probably because it has quite low winrate in general.
