Why can't you just dive?

You see that hawkeye, hela, punisher. Why can'y you just switch altogether and dive them?
No heroes in pool? No map knowledge?

Is trading DPS with heals and farming ults is the smartest thing this playerbase can do?
Because if yes - you don't need anything else apart from punisher+raccoon

Lots of players don't even understand the simple concept of focusing the healers. They'll literally just attack the closest target to them like a bot would lol.

Yet those same players want to instalock DPS and never tank or heal.

Depends on so many factors. At least if you're playing with randoms.

Does your team already have the dive characters that just aren't doing their job?

Does your support eat construction paste while the enemy teams hela and hawkeye are being pocketed by cloak and dagger and mantis?

Are you playing a hero that's giving your team some actual presence on the objective and you'll just lose if you're diving instead of contesting?

There are times it definitely make sense to swap to a diver to pressure backline heavy enemy team comps. Sometimes it won't really matter, though. It's a team game and no one pick swap will trump the team that actually plays more coordinated.

Both Hela and Hawkeye are a cookie for venom if supports are occupied with smth else at that moment
Hawkeye is pretty easy for PSY too

I get there are many factors, map matters a lot too
But let's say standard comp against standard comp (no divers) and one team is getting outdpsed by hawkeye/punisher - why is it so difficult to make the team switch altogether, like Venom+Captain+Psy+spider+Mantis+anything else and dive altogether from different angles ignoring tanks, most maps allow that

With some randoms it's very doable but usually it's because most of them initially wanted to play dive characters, never because they understand they need to switch
