FPS issues making the game unplayable

Yea so in terms of optimization i dont think ive played a game that is this bad. This game is legit unplayable for me, i have tried installing an fps booster but that did absolutely nothing. i end up sitting on the loading screen for a minute plus while the game is started and im stuck on 99% and then when the game decides to work it then takes another 1-2 minutes for characters and assets to load in. Then when im actually in the game im running at 20-40 frames consistently. I know for a fact its not my PC, I have other games on my computer that are way more demanding in terms of hardware and they run fine. If anyone has an idea on how to fix this issue please help cuz id like to play the game for once.

i am getting 60-90 fps on basically a potato for this game. i have similar load issues but my game is installed on HDD, what are your graphics settings?

i3 9100f + gtx 1650 + 16gb ram

i have a GTX 1650s and hardly reach 60fps with tons of stuttering on a few maps and i'm using custom potato config to extract as much fps as possible

the game has massive memory leak, classic from UE4/5

I have a 2070 super an i7 plus 16gb ram. I have turned every setting down to medium to zero effect ive tried doing the usual like uninstalling and reinstalling but that did nothing. Each update they have released so far has only made my game run worse to where it is now, genuinely unplayable

R7 8700f CPU, 4060, 32gb ddr5 high settings, no issues, 7-8hrs binge no issues my ram hovered 17gb.
My kids pc is a 11400f, 32gb ddr4, 3060 medium to high settings, 4-5hr binge no issues, ram hovered around 14gb
