Bad optimization. I also get random lag spikes without explanation on top of the most random crashes.

If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, you need to go into the NVIDIA Geforce app and set the game to start on low settings. I was having the same issue constantly whenever anyone would ult or emote, but this fixed it immediately.

I've been having problems since the launch. I have a good PC and I play below the settings recommended by NVIDIA graphics card :steamfacepalm: but I'm able to play one game perfectly but from the second, the game starts to crash and if I play the third, it gets even worse.

Nvidia app has auto-enabled feature which uses AI to calculate "optimal" settings in games. Turn it off, as its using your GPU constantly.

I never installed GeForce Experience myself, and now I'm just waiting them to actrually separate Nvidia control panel from their new app. I don't need that ♥♥♥♥, I always make minimal installion on GPU drivers.

TD, DR: "Proposed solution from Nvidia: switch off AI filters

At the same time, Nvidia describes how the problem can be resolved in the short term. Players should switch off the game filters in the settings of the Nvidia app under "Features -> Overlay -> Game Filters and Photo Mode" and then restart the game. This corresponds to the solution already suggested by the testers and should raise the performance of the graphics card back to its actual level."

If your pc blue screens at all go to c:\windows\minidump and see if there is any files in there.

Do you have your fans on the gpu going all the time or only when they reach the trigger temp?
