Are Mods against TOS?
I assume, but just wanted to ask before I allowed myself to be even remotely tempted.

To be clear, *not* referring to any sort of cheating, which I would hope WOULD be against Terms of Service completely.

But a random youtuber did make me aware that Marvel Rivals already has its own Nexus Page, and even while wanting to earn more cosmetics, I wonder if client side skin changes are something Marvel Rivals frowns upon.

Also, a few of those mods include being able to skip the annoying unskipable cinematics in certain points, when I just want to get to the game part of the game. Only thing I'd like more is to shrink the clickbox of the Play of the Game trigger, so I can give an Upvote without getting stuck in another cinematic I'm not trying to watch.

they will 100% ban them solely because they dont want you using them to avoid buying skins. this game is just a vessel to sell skins

I don't have the shrink wrap agreement in front of me, but I am certain that the ToS prohibits modifying game files outside of the system for any reason. That would make any kind of mod against the ToS.

Will the ban for it? My guess is yes, they will. Some skins are for cosmetic reasons, but some can give a game play advantage (imagine a skin that always showed the model hit box for example) or was very bright and visible.
