PSA: You can Report "healers" for refusing to heal.

Go to Report Player > Throwing.
In the reason box type "Played healer and refused to heal"

I've gotten over a dozen of these idiots who think they are going to pick healer and play them like DPS, and/or only heal 1 person the entire match while ignoring the red and white cross right in front of them, banned already.

You'll get a reply saying they've been temporarily banned for "Unsportsmanlike Conduct".

I'm not responsible if you weep tears of joy afterwards.

And how tf am I diving 1v6 if I'm standing right in-front of the healer requesting heals like mentioned above?

Also nothing happens until I see the scoreboard at the end and/or check the replay, so why tf would I switch to a healer when I don't know if it's just me not getting heals or if it's the whole team?

If people over extend to the point I know that people are going to get me killed if I try to keep them alive I will drop you like a bad conversation. I can't heal people if I'm dead.

Knowing when the push, to hold the line and when the back off is everyone's job. If it's more then you can handle, please don't attempt to push it unless it's a desperate rush to reclaim the point for over time or something.

Depends on the context. Suggest looking at the game replay to see why they might have a negative KDR. Were they maybe not getting any heals?

Seeing as they won't implement role queue because they want people to be able to pick their favorite characters to play as suggests that they'd never actually punish anyone who only wants to play as DPS...

No, I know that is the case. just saying the dps are the ones who qq about the healer when its usually their own fault and not them. They are the same people who also won't switch when its needed to a different role. So if I HAD to choose which of the two to report its an easy choice.

KDA itself is bad indicator of "skill" and value for for team. Who do you think is more useful: any ranged DPS who racks lot of kills, but never does objective, or melee character, who dies a lot pushing objective, instead of hunting kills just to feed their ego?

Healers' situation is probably most changing out of all characters, especially when your kit actually isn't just healbotting. Your healer isn't getting high healing numbers? Maybe almost all deaths for your team were instakills like maximum pulse, or things which are impossible to heal in time if caught. I don't see single healer able to heal starlord/punisher ult active etc.

I've personally felt that if the game mode doesn't center around securing kills it shouldn't even list them in normal match. The score board should showcase how much time or effort went into securing the actual objective and that's it.

Maybe make it that you can view KDA on the results screen after the match in your History section of your profile, but not during matches nor on the end results screen.

Then people might focus a little bit more on the objective and less on kills.

All your supports aren't able to play Luna. And Luna also can't avoid oneshots either. If you take more damage in single strike than her ult heals, you're still gonna die.
