New Player Experience Is Genuinely Awful

Every time I've played this game with friends who haven't played before, their first like 4 matches in a row are HARD stomps with them fighting against players that no-life this game and know the characters they pick like the back of their hand.

Hell, my first like 4 matches of the game when I first started playing were pretty much the same as well.
I know QP matchmaking is supposed to be loose but my god. It's putting BRAND new players against people that have been playing non-stop since the game was in beta and can regularly go 30-0.

It's bad.

The game literally throws you into a quickplay match with bots after 2 losses.
How do you get stomped for 4 matches in a row?

Also the practice range and co-op vs ai modes exist for new players to try out heroes.
The new player experience is fine.

Idk man when I did bot matches to get the seasonpass done with they felt better than a lot of opponents I saw in QP, maybe the bot matches are too hard for them.
