Stutter fix if you're experiencing frame drops~
Opened a discussion here and after 20 minutes I solved the issue. This may help you too!
If you're experiencing stuttering (like: 60fps for a couple of second that fall instantly to 0fps for a second, or the game stopping altogether and starting again after a couple of seconds)

Press Windows Key
Open the Settings
Select System and then Display
Click Graphics settings
Select Change default graphics settings
Toggle the "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling option*"* >>OFF<<

Hope this may help you, I was going crazy because of this.

My specs:
>GTX 1080
>AMD 7 2700x
>16GB Ram
>Windows 10

Now the game is smooth as hell

Actually the game uses alot of RAM and if you have "only" 16gb RAM and maybe have something like Firefox open while playing then you will exceed the 100% of RAM and then it starts to stutter and freeze. I had the same problem, I have to sadly close Firefox while playing Marvel Rivals so my RAM usage doesnt exceed 100%.

Of course maybe that isnt the issue for you and everyone but its easy to check by opening your task manager while playing and then look at the RAM usage.

I use LibreWold, its an cleaned up version of firefox, focussed on privacy and performance. Highly recommend it.

LIBRE WOLF!!!! I silly
can someone explain to me why disabling "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling" option would solve this issue?
Hello, I'm from the future and it's been revealed that Mozilla is selling any and all user data ever inputted into Firefox to third parties. Zero privacy. Best ditch it

Ideally Librewolf would be the better alternative since it's supposed to be privacy focused but the Lunduke Journal on youtube revealed that its creator is woke and will censor conservative viewpoints.

Take that as you will. It's easy to do extra research to verify my statements. Either way I'm not going to try to pressure you to do anything. Nor am I going to "punish" you for doing the opposite of what I advised.

I have to go back now, my future needs me.
