For anyone who has Ryzen/ Amd CPU and its high temps I solved it I think.....

My system is 165hz , 3060, Ryzen 7 6800h. When I was playing before even down scaled to 1080p and low settings was still getting like 93-94 high temps on my cpu. I even locked fps to 99 just to get best performance I could. No other game would do that was really bugging me out because that's so high.

With AMD/Ryzen cpu you can open Armory crate and go to windows performance setting on the side next to silent, performance, turbo. It solved my high cpu temps. Now im getting 144hz no problem in game with temps only reaching 86. My power settings in windows are as follows.
In power settings in windows, go to advanced.Processor power management, Minimum processor state 5% battery 80% plugged in, Maximum processor state, 100% on battery an plugged in, Processor Performance boost mode, I have both disabled. Later you can change it back to being Efficient enabled with other games or even aggressive in a lot of other games but for this one it should work just fine disabled. Switchable Dynamic graphics I got Maximize Performance.

I hope this helps anyone who has the worry about their cpu going Ape S$heet. I've gotten way higher fps limit and also my cpu isn't going to fry. I will try to get it too 165hz and let you guys know but I even noticed before my GPU wasn't really getting utilized I have a bunch of other tweaks too thats just good for windows and NVIDIA.

Forme 144hz is best. Its using more of my gpu now also im at 85% before was only getting use of like 30% of it. So now I can set textures to high and use other stuff. far as DLSS quality.

Have you been updating your BIOS and chipset drivers? To me it seems like yourr having a voltage issue or lack of cooling.

Its a laptop so no far as bios. And chipset is fine. Its just memory leak they got. It throttles the cpu even when not using it. Like how is my cpu gonna be 94 when only 34% is utilized. Not my fault they messed up after last patch before then wasn't even close to that. Anyways dont matter for me no more im 144 steady im ok with that.

How are you locking your fps? Do you have the refresh rate option in your game graphics settings? I can't find mine.
