Hawkeye Damage/Passive Bugged?
According to Hawkeye's Stats on the Rivals Website [www.marvelrivals.com], a fully charged arrow does 80 damage, and his passive at full charge adds an additional 80 damage, for a total of 160 damage.

After some in game testing, I found that a fully charged arrow, with his passive fully charged, does 192 damage on a body-shot.

That is 32 extra damage from NOTHING. For a Headshot, it adds 64 damage from NOTHING. In both cases, it is an extra 20% damage exactly, but there is no such buff listed ANYWHERE on the website, or the in-game character sheet.

While 20% extra damage may not be an insane amount, it does break several critical thresholds (I explain what this means at the bottom), especially when hitting a headshot. The extra 64 damage means that a full charge headshot would normally do 320 damage, which is BELOW 350/325 health, a common health-threshold for over-healed squishies (duelists/strategists).

On top of that, 384 damage per shot means that 2 fully-charged headshots does 768 damage, instead of 640, which is BELOW base health for every Vanguard/Tank (besides Thor) in the game. This means Hawkeye is able to 2-shot every tank, as opposed to 3-shot.

Although this isn't a massive discrepancy on paper, it MASSIVELY increases Hawkeye's effectiveness, especially when combined with his infinite damage range and extreme projectile velocity.

While I don't necessarily think this is the biggest issue in the game, I DO think it needs to be corrected quickly, either by fixing whatever is causing the extra damage, or (if it's intentional) updating the stats page to reflect what actually happens in-game. These are just my thoughts and findings, let me know what you think if you have any thoughts on it

By "threshold", I mean a specific amount of health/damage that can significantly alter TTK. For instance, if a character has 250 health, and an attack does 49 damage, the attacker would have to hit the character 6 times to kill, even though they only do 1 less damage than the 5-hit threshold (50 damage/hit would only take 5 hits to kill). Because of this, it will take a bit longer to kill the enemy. If the attack hits once every 0.5 seconds, that takes the TTK for this attack from 2.5s to 3.0s, a small, yet potentially game-changing difference. This is a key concept in the balancing of Cooldowns and Damage.

In-case you assumed the seasonal bonus is active while Black widow is in the same team(or only in actual matches) you'd be wrong. Seasonal bonus are always active and aren't reflected on the websites damage/hp values for the characters.

its the seasonal bonus it is always activated he has a 20% dps boost whole season so does hela. some othe characters have 15% like iron fist and magik and some heros have 10% like spiderman. all of them doing more dps than normal due to dps buffs.

You're seeing why the seasonal bonus mechanic is really bad

Ahhhhh, I see. I had assumed this was only active when the team-up recipients were present, as is heavily implied by the UI. There's 0 reason for ANY character to have a persistent, season-long passive bonus simply because they have the POTENTIAL to be a team-up anchor.

What a terrible mechanic. I hope the devs change this to reflect the implied behavior, the current functionality is just ridiculous.

100% agreed. I would have no problem with it IF it functioned how I thought it did originally, rewarding one side of a team-up with a passive bonus, and the other side with an active effect. In my mind, that just inherently makes more sense, not this garbage.

There's a reason he and Hela are perma-banned in any elo where bans are possible lmao.
I also think its stupid and unnecessary as if the devs felt like Hawkeye or any hero needed some buff in stats, why not just reflect that on the character themselves instead of some arbitrary buff that only last through the season.

Unless of course the intention is to artificially create a meta/stronger characters by the season.

Like is the process of nerfing Iron Man going to be to kick the 100 hp hulk has off to desensitize the teamup? It just doesn't make much sense to me.
