"GPU Crash" with a 4080

My game crashes constantly, in game or in lobby, for seemingly no reason at all. The bug report screen pops up afterwards and labels it as a "GPU crash" which makes no sense at all because I have a state of the art custom built PC with brand new parts, including an Nvidia 4080 Super GPU and an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU. Not trying to flex on anyone or anything, just to prove the point that I truly don't know how my hardware could be the problem, but his computer literally cost me $3000. I've never had a single issue with any game other than this one, and I never have FPS drop or any lag of any sort in this game or in any game for that matter no matter what graphic settings I'm on. My PC never goes above 60 degrees, I have 48 GB RAM (it never uses more than 20 anyways). So this is clearly not a hardware issue or an issue on my end at all. Something is wrong with the game files and there's no way for me to fix it. I've reinstalled the game as well as all of my drivers multiple times. I know I'm not the only one with this issue either, I have multiple friends with killer pc's that also crash regularly for no reason. Please help!

Uninstall the game and check if any other game does that, if it doesn't, don't touch Marvel game again. If it does... well... prepare your wallet to replace PC components

why do people fall for this popup scam?

this popup with gpu crash has nothing to do with your hardware, nor is there any fix for it.

it's the devs making a game unstable and only they can fix it

I had a 2080ti with the same issue. I used DDU to downgrade my GPU driver to one from Aug 20 2024 no crashes. My buddy had the same issue on a 3090 and the same driver fixed it. I swapped to a 4080 super and updated my drivers and got the same crash so I’m going to redo the fix and downgrade back to the Aug 20 2024 driver from Nvidia. Seems to be the only solution.
