Contacting Game support

So i am having problems with Marvel Rivals. However there doesn't seem to be a proper way to contact them. Discord isn't allowing me to verify my phone number on the Rivals server for some reason. And Rivals other ways of "contact" are basically null. The email is just a spam bot responder. It only gives out a single email if you have a problem with the game.

try restarting gpu driver press the keyboard shortcut Windows key + Ctrl + Shift + B simultaneously. if not try to update your gpu driver or update your bios you gotta make sure your always update your drivers

After the season 1 update my game started getting stuck in the loading screen well after the game starts. Also, my game crashes a lot now. I've tried all of the recommended tactics to fix the issue, but nothing has worked. I have my game file saved on an external gaming drive and so I tried to move it to the computer's c drive. The game says it needs about 54gb at max but when I start the install it only says 43.87gb is needed. I have about 95gb on my c drive, but it tells me that I don't have enough space so switching the drives is out of the question for now. Can anybody help me with this issue???

your game banned me for one hour for being afk but I wasnt afk. your game just lagging all the time. I waited for your game since it was announced, I waited ONE YEAR and more and get banned. I already played 100+ hours in steam already but just because your game unoptimized I'm always lagging. Tell why I have to suffer and getting banned for your mistakes? I agree the customer support for this game is non existent. They do not answer customer support email. I have never received a response been more than a month from different emails and multiple times. Simply sending through my computer specs to ask for help with lag. Also the person who decided that doing customer service through discord should be fired. Absolute clown. You can't even send the files through discord without purchasing discord Nitro. The bot is not helpful at all on discord. Worse customer service I have ever experienced for any video game.

I'm having the same issue, I feel I shouldn't be punished due to a technical issue. this needs to be fixed.
