Contacting Game support

So i am having problems with Marvel Rivals. However there doesn't seem to be a proper way to contact them. Discord isn't allowing me to verify my phone number on the Rivals server for some reason. And Rivals other ways of "contact" are basically null. The email is just a spam bot responder. It only gives out a single email if you have a problem with the game.

When I try launch the game it says I need to update my driver, but I have a GTX 1660 graphics card which should be sufficient. I don't know too much about graphics cards but on your website it says the minimum is 1060, which is older than the one I have.

I think this is a Nvidia card, the easiest way to update your drivers is to download the program Nvidia GeForce Experience.

It is a neat tool that will take care of the process of updating your drivers for you.

Just download GeForce Experience and then click check for new drivers and then update drivers.

GeForce Experience has depreciated. It's just the Nvidia App now.
They are combining GE and the NVCP into 1 centralized app.

you need to enable the steam overlay in your steam settings

does anyone have an issue where you cant confirm a character? like i hover someone but i cant play anyone and cant lock in then i get punished for it but its not even my fault :/

Does anyone has an issue with twitchdrop for marvel rival haven't received it even tho I connect account to steam and also connected twitch.
Notice: unbinding twitch and trying to connect again will not let you have to wait 6 days.

The game runs pretty well but sometimes the screen freezes, it's a recurring problem and it makes me have quite a few penalties. According to me, I have the requirements to be able to play at minimum and I don't know what the problem is

im just getting punished because i keep getting kicked out of a server when i have a 14ping. its not even the wifi but the server itself and im not allowed to join back in

Is there any support for this game as my game crashed in a comp game give me not even 2 minutes when its mandatory shadors takes a long time resulting in a 15 min comp ban

My bad guys. So the problem is just a DC about 1-2 mins into any game. Or first death, whatever happens first. However, I saw an old post stating they had the same problem and that a VPN would fix it. It is not an absolute fix. Sometimes you will dc with the vpn, and at that point, turning off the vpn will allow you stay within the game.
